unlikely materials

The other day I had shared selected works from a truly gifted fiber artist that creates sculptures entirely of thread which you can see here.

Here is another (I think) equally impressive feat which is making clay look like rusty old cars and the like.

Yes, indeed, John Brickels is amazing!!!  I found out about him on one of my favorite destinations, Daily Art Muse.  Susan finds the most wonderful artists of every kind and shares them . . . wait for it. . . daily.
